When I was ill you visited me

As part of our mission to the Catholic community here in Bayonne, representatives from the 4 parishes bring Holy Communion to all Catholics at Bayonne Hospital 5 days a week.  Each Wednesday a group of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion go to CarePoint Health at Bayonne Hospital to visit and pray with Catholic patients and bring them the Blessed Sacrament.
